Farah Khan -Farah Khan's director husband Shirish Kunder caused quite an embarrassment to her during Sanjay Dutt's Agneepath success bash in January 2012. The film editor turned director made a comment on the failure of SRK's ambitious, big budget project RA.One. Shirish took to Twitter to write, "I just heard a Rs 150 Cr firework fizzle." This seemed to irk the badshah of Bollywood who got into a tiff with Shirish at the party and allegedly slapped him. Farah came in support of her husband and supported him by sending a message to the media. It stated, "Shah Rukh has always told me that physical abuse is the worst way 2 sort out a problem, n that its means the person who's hitting has either a personal or professional crisis going on, n it saddens me 2 see him doing the same (sic)." But nothing is permanent in Bollywood. Shirish quickly mended his ways by posting on Twitter, "I'll always regret one thing that I feel very guilty about. I sincerely apologise for my tweet on RA.One." Even Farah quickly realised the grave consequences of this and made peace with her good friend SRK when Sajid Nadiadwala intervened. Though Shahrukh is doing Farah's Happy New Year, the ace choreographer and director must be deeply embarrassed by her husband's actions in hindsight!
Karan Johar- Filmmaker Karan Johar who is known for making larger-than-life films for the big screen is a man with a big heart. The actress agreed and reportedly refused to charge anything for the same. So overwhelmed was Karan by this gesture that he apparently decided to return the favour and gift something to the beautiful actress. Karan is believed to have gifted Katrina a Ferrari for shaking a leg to 'Chikni Chameli'.
Shahrukh Khan - The badshah of Bollywood is known to maintain a high-profile lifestyle off the silver screen as well. Over the years, King Khan has gifted expensive tokens of appreciation to his friends and well-wishers. Shahrukh recently came in the news for gifting Abhishek Bachchan a Harley Davidson motorbike. Shahrukh had before that made headlines when he gifted friend and director Farah Khan a Mercedes Benz E Class for their film 'Om Shanti Om' and a Hyundai SUV after the release of 'Main Hoon Na'. Even though his superhero film 'Ra.One' did not live up to the expectations, SRK spent Rs 1 crore each while gifting Arjun Rampal, Anubhav Sinha and Rajinikanth, a BMW each.
